Bawtry Natural Health

Bawtry Natural Health approached me and my team at university to help them to create a new website for them which included an online store and a bespoke therapist system for clients to book onto therapy sessions.

The new Bawtry Natural Health site has many new features that were not available on their previous site. The main features include:

• A fully functional online shop which manages everything from stock control to payments
• Events booking system
• Up to date blog page with the option for users to post comments
• Therapists system where customers can book onto slots, therapists can manage slots and administrators to report and enrol therapists onto the system
• Facebook Messenger integration to allow customers to talk to staff

On top of all this, we also created two high-quality user manuals. One for the therapists and one for the administrators.

The new site has allowed Bawtry Natural Health to grow due to an increase in sales from their online shop. Instead of only selling their products to the local community, they can now sell their products to customers further afield or even abroad. Also due to the new online booking system, more clients are booking therapy sessions which have made the therapy centre more popular than ever.
