What Constitutes Abuse?

Abuse may be verbal, written, physical, or psychological in nature. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Verbal abuse: shouting, swearing, insults, derogatory language, or threats

  • Written abuse: offensive emails, texts, social media messages, or any other form of digital harassment

  • Discrimination: including but not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or religious intolerance

  • Bullying or intimidation: repeated, unreasonable behaviour that creates a risk to health or safety

  • Sexual harassment: unwanted sexual advances, comments, or conduct

  • Aggressive or violent behaviour: including threats, intimidation, or actual physical violence

This policy applies to everyone—whether you are a client, supplier, partner, visitor, or member of our team.

Our Commitment

We will not tolerate abusive behaviour under any circumstances. Sitesi reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of any breach of this policy. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Terminating client relationships

  • Suspending or ending access to services or systems

  • Reporting incidents to relevant authorities

  • Supporting employees or individuals who have been affected
